1 cup oatmeal
1 tbsp molasses
¼ cup milk
6 dried apricots
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Firstly, cut the dried apricots as small pieces. After that, combine all the ingredients into a bowl. Leave them for 2 minutes in the bowl, that oatmeal can swell. Afterwards, shape them like a ball with your hands. Then plunge the balls to cocoa powder. Finally, they are ready! You should drink a cup of milk with this delicious healthy snack!
2.LOW CALORIE HEALTHY SNACKS: HOMEMADE HOT CHOCOLATE
If you still want to eat chocolate, so you can try this homemade dark hot chocolate recipe, which can prevent you to eat a packet of chocolate!
2 small pieces of dark chocolate (%80 cocoa)
1 cup of milk

Firstly, mix the banana and milk in a bowl or into a blender. After that, put the chocolate and the mixture in a pan. Then, heat the chocolate and mix it well. Finally, your drink is ready!
In this way you can prevent yourself to eat too much chocolate. You will see it, 2 bars of chocolate are really good enough for getting rid of this feeling. However, be careful that your chocolate must be dark and contain min %50 cocoa. In this way we can name this drink as a healthy snack.
3.VITAMIN RICH FRUIT SALAD WITH YOGHURT
Actually, fruits are the best friends of us to stay healthy and beautiful. Because they have too many benefits like repair skin and hair, and also to avoid getting sick. Furthermore fruits give you very much energy. Therefore, you should prefer eating fruits instead of eating chips or biscuits when you need to snacking. To sum up, there are too many ways to prepare healthy snacks with fruits but I chose this special recipe for you!
1 table spoon lime juice
1 tbsp honey
Firstly, cut the fruits according to your need. After that, mix them with 3 tablespoon of strained yoghurt. If you don’t like yoghurt you don’t need to add it. Afterwards, add lime juice and honey and mix them. Finally, your fruit salad is ready!
Ofcourse it is important to use seasonal fresh fruits to make healthy snacks. Therefore, I noted down three different groups of fruits as a combination to hit the best taste. Similarly, you can try these combinations with lime juice as well.

4.GREEN JUICE FOR VEGGIE LOVERS
Actually, this is the most beneficial healthy snack for you. It will be better to drink this juice everyday. So what is green juice?
If you don’t like some veggies or if it is hard to eat veggies everyday, it’s the best way to get vitamins and minerals daily by preferring green juice. And all you need is a juice extractor. Just put the veggies into the extractor and drink this green juice everyday.
You can combine them too many different ways but the mixture of cucumber, green apple, parsley and kiwi is my favourite.
This juice help you to burn the extra fat and increase your metabolism. Therefore, you will feel dynamic during the day!
5.HEALTHY SNACKS AS DESSERT: YUMMY APPLE DONUTS
We all enjoy rocking many shiny, tasty, fatty donuts until they are in our stomach. However, to stay healthy, we need to place healthy donuts with yummy apple donut. Besides, this healthy snack is also very easy to prepare and they are really toothsome!
Peanut butter or almond butter
Firstly, cut the apples as circular slices and make a hole in the center. After that, slather the peanut butter or almond butter over apple slices. Then, put the cranberries and pistachios on the slices. Finally, your delicious and healthy snack is ready to eat without getting extra calories.
6.ONE OF MY FAVORITE HEALTHY SNACKS: CRUNCHY TOMATO CHIPS
If you want to eat something salty and crunchy you should try this yummy tomato chips!
Salt and black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Firstly, cut the tomatoes as a circular slices. Afterwards, arrange them on a plate and soak up their juice with a paper towel. Then, place tomatoes on cooling rack and add the olive oil, salt and black pepper onto them. After that, preheat oven to 275° and place the cooling rack on top of a baking sheet. And bake it for about 3 hours. Before finishing the baking, make sure that, tomatoes are completely dried out. Then, remove the tomato slices from the oven and add the parmesan on them. Let it sit in broiler for 2 minutes. Finally, your delicious healthy snack is ready!
7.TASTY TUNA SALAD PICKLES
If you want to eat something to satisfy your hunger this is the best healthy snack!
Besides, it is really easy to prepare and you can carry this small pickles with you whereever you go.
Ingredients for this healthy snacks:
2 5-oz. Cans Tuna
Firstly, put tuna in a bowl. After that, add 1/2 of a lemon’s juice, 1 tbsp chopped dill, 2 stalk of chopped celery, salt, pepper, 1 tbsp mustard and ¼ c. mayonnaisse. And mix them very well. After that, cut the pickles as 2 slices. Then, scoop out their seeds and place the mixture there. Finally, add some dill and paprika on it.
And your healthy snack is ready, it takes only ten minute. BON APPETIT!
8.FIRST AID HEALTHY SNACKS FOR BUSY PEOPLE
