YUMMY HEALTHY SNACKS
Everyday we need to eat something while working, reading, or just lying down. However if you generally eat unhealthy snacks, you need to think twice! Because they take part in fat production in your body. Now it’s time to change your snacking habits with healthy snacks. I’ve created some healthy easy-made snacks list for you to prepare at home quickly. If you ready, just check recipes below:
1.DELICIOUS COCOA BALLS
These cocoa balls are the things you can get when you crave for chocolate. It is a delicious healthy snack option that you can eat at this times. Also you can prepare these cocoa balls in a few minutes. I listed the ingredients below.
1 cup oatmeal
1 tbsp molasses
¼ cup milk
6 dried apricots
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Firstly, cut the dried apricots as small pieces. And combine all the ingredients into a bowl. Leave them for 2 minutes in the bowl, that oatmeal can swell. Afterwards, shape them like a ball with your hands. Then plunge the balls to cocoa powder. Now they are ready! You should drink a cup of milk with this delicious healthy snack!
2.HOMEMADE LOW CALORIE HOT CHOCOLATE
If you still want to eat chocolate, so you can try this homemade dark hot chocolate recipe, which can prevent you to eat a packet of chocolate!
2 small pieces of dark chocolate (%80 cocoa)
1 cup of milk
Mix the banana and milk in a bowl or into a blender. Than put the chocolate and the mixture in a pan. Heat the chocolate and mix it well. Now your drink is ready!
In this way you can prevent yourself to eat too much chocolate. You will see it, 2 bars of chocolate are really good enough for getting rid of this feeling. However be careful that your chocolate must be dark and contain min %50 cocoa. In this way we can name this drink as a healthy snack.
3.VITAMIN RICH FRUIT SALAD WITH YOGHURT
Actually, fruits are the best friends of us to stay healthy and beautiful. They have too many benefits like repair skin and hair, and also to avoid getting sick. Furthermore fruits give you very much energy.Therefore, you should prefer eating fruits instead of eating chips or biscuits when you need to snacking. There are too many ways to prepare healthy snacks with fruits but I chose this special recipe for you!
1 table spoon lime juice
1 tbsp honey
Cut the fruits according to your need. Then, mix them with 3 tablespoon of strained yoghurt. If you don’t like yoghurt you don’t need to add it.Afterwards, add lime juice and honey and mix them. Now your fruit salad is ready!
Ofcourse it is important to use seasonal fresh fruits to make healthy snacks. I noted down three different groups of fruits as a combination to hit the best taste. You can try these combinations with lime juice as well.
Orange, strawberry, mango, kiwi
Pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew, mango
Strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, blackberry, watermelon
4.GREEN JUICE FOR VEGGIE LOVERS
Actually, this is the most beneficial healthy snack for you. It will be better to drink this juice everyday. So what is green juice?
If you don’t like some veggies or if it is hard to eat veggies everyday, it’s the best way to get vitamins and minerals daily by preferring green juice. All you need is a juice extractor. Put the veggies into the extractor and drink this green juice everyday.
You can combine them too many different ways but the mixture of cucumber, green apple, parsley and kiwi is my favourite.
This juice help you to burn the extra fat and increase your metabolism.By this way you will feel dynamic during the day!

5.YUMMY APPLE DONUTS
We all enjoy rocking many shiny, tasty, fatty donuts until they are in our stomach. To stay healthy, we need to place healthy donuts with yummy apple donut. This healthy snack is also very easy to prepare and they are really toothsome!
Peanut butter or almond butter
Firstly, cut the apples as circular slices and make a hole in the center. Then, slather the peanut butter or almond butter over apple slices.Put the cranberries and pistachios on the slices. Now your delicious and healthy snack is ready to eat without getting extra calories.
6.CRUNCHY TOMATO CHIPS
If you want to eat something salty and crunchy you should try this yummy tomato chips!
Salt and black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Firstly, cut the tomatoes as a circular slices. Afterwards, arrange them on a plate and soak up their juice with a paper towel. Place tomatoes on cooling rack and add the olive oil, salt and black pepper onto them. Preheat oven to 275° and place the cooling rack on top of a baking sheet. Bake it for about 3 hours. Before finishing the baking, make sure that, tomatoes are completely dried out.Remove the tomato slices from the oven and add the parmesan on them. Let it sit in broiler for 2 minutes. Now your delicious healthy snack is ready!
7.TASTY TUNA SALAD PICKLES
If you want to eat something to satisfy your hunger this is the best healthy snack!
It is really easy to prepare and you can carry this small pickles with you whereever you go.
2 5-oz. Cans Tuna
Put tuna in a bowl. Afterwards, add 1/2 of a lemon’s juice, 1 tbsp chopped dill, 2 stalk of chopped celery, salt, pepper, 1 tbsp mustard and ¼ c. mayonnaisse. Mix them very well.And cut the pickles as 2 slices. Scoop out their seeds and place the mixture there. Finally add some dill and paprika on it.
Now your healthy snack is ready, it takes only ten minute. BON APPETIT!
8.FIRST AID SNACKS FOR BUSY PEOPLE
If you don’t have time to prepare these recipes mentioned above or if you get too hungry outside, you should always carry one of this healthy snacks with you. In this way, you can eat something beneficial instead of biscuits, chips or something unhealthy.
All of us know they are beneficial and healthy snacks ofcourse, but no one carrying these snacks in their bags. Now choose your favourites and throw them to your bag!
