HEALTHY SNACKS IDEAS 1 : VEGAN YOGHURT

Basic cashew yoghurt recipe

Ingredients

1.5 cups Cashews
1/2 cup Coconut Milk
2 Probiotic Capsules

Decoration Ideas

First layer

Mix blueberries or blackberries with a little bit of coconut flour and maple syrup (optional, I preferred not to use any sweeteners in this layer)

Second layer

Cashew yoghurt
Vanilla extract, lemon juice, sweetener of choice. Mix everything together and pour it in your jar on top of the first layer.

Third layer

Cashew yoghurt a little bit of flaxseeds (ground). Add sweetener of choice. Pour the layer on top.
Decorate with berries and the rest of the first layer. You can also use homemade pink chocolate (Upcoming recipe🤗)

HEALTHY SNACKS IDEAS 2 : VEGAN KETO BROWNIE

Ingredients

3 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1 tbsp cacao powder
1/3 cup keto sweetener (can be sub with stevia or xylitol)
1/4 melted chocolate (or extra 1 tbsp cacao + 1 tbsp coconut oil)
2 tbsp rice flour

(Raw vegan)

Ingredients

1 cup Pitted dates
1 1/2 cup Walnuts
1 cup Almonds
3 tbsp Cacao
1 tsp Melted Coconut oil
Pinch Sea salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground coffee

(vegan, gluten free, refined sugar free)

Ingredients

1/2 cup water
1 medium sweet potato
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup oat flour
1/2 whole grain flour
Pinch salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/3 cup coconut or date sugar (stevia works too)
For frosting
Coconut oil
Coconut butter
Agave or maple syrup
