HEALTHY SNACKS IDEAS 1 : VEGAN YOGHURT
Basic cashew yoghurt recipe
Ingredients
1.5 cups Cashews
1/2 cup Coconut Milk

Decoration Ideas
First layer
Mix blueberries or blackberries with a little bit of coconut flour and maple syrup (optional, I preferred not to use any sweeteners in this layer)
Second layer
Cashew yoghurt
Vanilla extract, lemon juice, sweetener of choice. Mix everything together. And pour it in your jar on top of the first layer.
Third layer
Cashew yoghurt a little bit of flaxseeds (ground). Add sweetener of choice. Pour the layer on top. After that,

Ingredients
3 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1 tbsp cacao powder

1/4 melted chocolate (or extra 1 tbsp cacao + 1 tbsp coconut oil)
2 tbsp rice flour

Ingredients
One cup Pitted dates
1 1/2 cup Walnuts
One cup Almonds
3 tbsp Cacao

1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground coffee

1/2 whole grain flour

1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
