HAIR CARE ROUTINE STEP 1: BRUSH YOUR HAIR PROPERLY

This is the first and the easiest step to do your hair care routine. The main reason why you need to make hair brushing a habit is to get rid of tangles and split ends.

First of all, you have to decide which is better, using a brush or a comb? So, here is my suggestion; if your hair is wet, you can use a wide toothed comb. However, if your hair is dry, it’s better to use a brush for make your hair smoother.

Always start with brushing your hair from the end to the tip. If your hair is very tangled, use some coconut oil or an argan oil spray before brushing. Apply them on your hair and start brushing gently.

It is better to use a flexible comb to avoid breakage. Please don’t rush during this step.

If your hair is wet or you are going to wash it, you can use a hair conditioner before combing. It makes your hair silky soft. So, it will be much easier to comb your hair.

Also don’t forget to brush your hair every day and night! It helps distribute natural oils evenly throughout your hair.

2) WASH YOUR HAIR AS LONG AS BEING NECESSARY

This is the second step that you must be followed your hair care routine. Everyone knows if you wash your hair every day it makes your hair and scalp dry. That’s right, but first of all, you need to know your hair type.

If you have a super greasy hair, you should wash it every single day because of its being greasy more and more quickly. But if your hair type is dry, washing it every second or third day will be enough. Those who have a regular hair can wash it every other day.

Be careful to choose the correct shampoo or hair conditioner for your hair type! And do massage your scalp while shampooing. In this way, you can stimulate the blood circulation in the scalp and prevent hair loss.

HAIR CARE ROUTINE STEP 3: SYTLE YOUR HAIR WITHOUT HEAT

Every woman surely likes styling their hair and looking fancy. However, there are lots of ways to give it a shape!

This is the third important step for your hair care routine. Therefore heat means breakage, you must follow the methods that don’t damage your hair by heating. As you know, all the straighteners, blow dryers, curling irons make your hair cuticles become dry and rigid. For these reasons, hair loss becomes inevitable.

Instead of using a blow dryer, you should let it dry naturally. Besides, you can use some natural methods to curl or straight your hair.

But if you still want to curl or straight your hair by heating then don’t forget to use heat protectant products before start. You can use any heat protection spray, cream or gel.

4) REMEMBER TRIMMING YOUR HAIR

Your hair is badly effected by some external factors every day. Therefore you sometimes do various types of heat treatment processes, your hair gets thin and it looks damaged. And another problem is split ends. If you have lots of split ends, your hair will look unhealthy.

The solution is extremely easy. You should trim your hair when it starts to look unhealthy. For your hair care routine, it is better to trim your hair every three months.

If you like short hair, you can trim your hair more often than every three months. Moreover, if your hair has lots of split ends, trimming it every six weeks will be a better option. However, if your hair is long and healthy, have it cut three or four times a year.

Actually, hair trim arrangement depends on your hair type and hair care regularity. If your hair is healthy and you are taking care of it well, you don’t need to have it cut frequently.

5) DO A LOOSE BRAID BEFORE SLEEP

This is the last step of your hair care routine. First of all, don’t forget to brush your hair before sleeping!

If you have enough time to wash your hair in the mornings, you can apply a few essential oils to its tips at night. It helps sealing split ends.
